Gotta Blame THEM for Global Warming

I'm seriously gaping at the computer screen after watching Purple Line MV by TVXQ for the NTH time. They must have been gods in their past life or something. Gaa! I have this thing for Korean guys (or Korean-looking guys/half Koreans/any boy related to Korea) which can be kind of scary. Haha. XD
Whew. They are so HOTT!!! We actually might blame them someday for global warming. WHY WASN'T I BORN IN THAT COUNTRY CALLED SOUTH KOREA?! Boys there are seriously gorgeous (at least that's what I've seen in Arirang).

What have I been up to lately?
1. Two weeks ago, I started reading Harry Potter when I should have read it years ago. My mother just bought us a set (books 1 to 6) of hardbound Harry Potter books which rest gloriously in our room right now. I'm currently chapter 16 of Harry Potter Goblet of Fire and I can't wait 'till I finish reading it. It's far too interesting to put down.
2. Last Saturday, we performed for the official launch of Ateneo Talent Center. It's a school organization where students get to perform in and out of school. It's really an interesting organization. I'm really looking forward to our next project.
3. Speaking of which, that singing stint landed me and my duet partner Jj (Jj, special mention!!! XD) to another singing stint for Alumni Trade Fair CHUVA which up until now we have no idea about. EXPOSURE!!! XD
4. I just squeezed in three books in between reading Harry Potter. Cheesy teenage novels namely: P.S. Longer Letter Later (a story with letters in place of chapters. kinda reminds me of my relationship with my STELLAR friends -- e-mail, text), Cindy Ella (similar to A Cinderella Story, with less drama, more cheesy-ness) and the book that I finished just this morning, Every Boy's Got One (about marriage which I could not relate to but it was otherwise honest. by Meg Cabot of The Princess' Diaries fame).

What a week! I'm still sick. Last week it was flu, now it's SORE THROAT. Stupid me for eating chocolates. Way too many chocolates.

Tuesday, June 17
Last June 17, college students from the Ateneo de Zamboanga University officially started classes. It was an exciting day for me, only to find out that the teacher of our 7:30 class couldn't make it.
My block mates from BSN 1- B seemed pretty intimidating, and I was really reluctant in befriending them. Adjusting to an irregular schedule is pretty tough and boring.
Wednesday, June 18
It's a Wednesday and we had our first Honors' English meeting (English 111X) with Mr. Henri Segovia. It's a plus that our classroom is air-conditioned and my classmates are familiar faces (did I mention that 12 of my high school classmates are with me in the same class? ^^). Mr. Segovia seemed like a really cool teacher, and I admire the way he talks. He appears really smart. I like that about teachers. It's his first year of teaching, so technically we're his guinea pigs. Good luck to our class.
My block mates from BSN 1 B started to get to know each other. I felt a little more comfortable and happy with them.
Thursday, June 19
We finally met our Math teacher, and he was not dragging, although not that exciting. Our FFP/NSTP teacher however was by far the funniest teacher. He made us laugh the whole time he was in the classroom.
This was the day when my block mates and I exchanged phone numbers. I even had merienda with some of them. I was wrong about them. They're really fun (although no one beats the Gargoyles). I learned that some of m block mates love Koreanovelas too! YEAH!
We also had our first NTF class (major subject). Mr. Morales scared us enough to hit the books and read about the topics right away.
Friday, June 20
Happy Birthday to ME! 
We only had two classes. PE and NTF.
Although it was a normal day, I'm extremely grateful for the people who remembered my birthday. JEONGMAL KAMSAHAMNIDA!
I attended my first Liturgical Society aspirants practice. I'm still in the Soprano range. :D
Mr. Morales dismissed our class late (a little after 7 pm) because he thought our class was from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. It's alright though because NTF is FUN! Mr. Morales explained the lesson really well (pyrexic).
However, the highlight of this day is *tentententen*: my father already bought me an ASUS mini laptop (the pink one). It's already 12 days old (he bought it earlier, only told me on my birthday), but I would have to wait for my mother to go to Singapore so she could fetch it for me (my father is based in Singapore). Woo. ^^

All in all, it was a tiring week. But I'm thankful. EXTREMELY THANKFUL.

I really, really enjoyed reading Sarah's [of dramabeans.com] recaps of Witch Yoo Hee and Who are You?. The two Korean series are my type of series. I am sure to buy it's DVD when school starts. Speaking of school, I am officially enrolled to Ateneo de Zamboanga University's College of Nursing. My ID number is CO080006. I'm in section B. I'm looking forward to this college thing although I don't quite fancy my schedule. During Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, my classes end at 5:30 pm. During Fridays, my first class is at 7:30 am (PE) then my next class would be at 5:30 pm (what the hell am I going to do with those free hours?) and would end at 7:00 pm. GREAT. Anyway, I have to get used to it. It doesn't sound that bad, I think.
